FEDORA is looking for its future Innovation & Cultural Network Coordinator to join its Innovation & Partnerships Department in Paris. The Coordinator will contribute to the management and development of FEDORA’s cultural network, the coordination of the FEDORA Prizes Biennale, and the follow-up of funding programmes.

The position requires strong project coordination skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a keen interest in the opera, dance, and cultural innovation sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the high-quality implementation of FEDORA’s programmes and member relations.


Key responsibilities:

Organisational Members management

  • Coordinate the renewal process for Organisational Members and ensure accurate follow-up of memberships.
  • Manage member relations, including benefits, information sharing, and ongoing engagement with existing members.
  • Contribute to the development of the network through the prospection of new members, including opera houses, dance companies, festivals, and other cultural institutions.
  • Maintain and update membership records and related monitoring tools.

FEDORA Prizes coordination

  • Coordinate the project management of the FEDORA Prizes Biennale.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of the call for applications and the overall competition timeline.
  • Manage applicant relations, sourcing of projects, and follow-up throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate jury-related processes, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and liaison with jury members.
  • Ensure follow-up with winning projects and contribute to alumni management by tracking developments and maintaining relationships with prize winners.

Funding programmes management

  • Contribute to the preparation of deliverables for European Union co-funded projects and other funding programmes.
  • Track activities, deadlines, and reporting requirements across relevant programmes.
  • Monitor contributors’ inputs and support contribution management.
  • Assist with drafting presentations, reports, and internal coordination documents related to programme implementation.

Profile:

Education and experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in arts and cultural management, business administration, European affairs, international relations, or project management.
  • Previous professional experience in project coordination, cultural networks, membership management, or funding programmes is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the cultural, non-profit, or European cooperation sector is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work rigorously and independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in managing relationships with members, applicants, jurors, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Good command of digital tools and Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an asset.

Languages

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent written and spoken French.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.

Contract details:

  • Start date: July 2026
  • Contract type: full-time contract (CDD) (with possibility to be extended into CDI)

Work locations:

  • Palais Garnier, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris.
  • 79 rue du Mont-Cenis, 75018 Paris.
  • Remote working.
